Guidelines for contributions

We kindly ask you to follow these generic guidelines:

  • The audience is very broad and spans all redshifts and techniques in cosmology. Adapt your presentation accordingly.
  • Avoid unnecessary acronyms and define necessary ones.

and more specific ones for the different contribution types:

  • Posters: The maximal format for posters is A0. We collect the posters at the registration table on the first morning, Tuesday, June 9th.
  • Talks: Speakers are free to customize their talk as they prefer, but please consider the following points:
    • Contributed talks last 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes reserved for questions.
    • Please upload the slides for your talk on the Indico the day before your talk.
    • We invite all speakers to gather on the stage about 10 minutes before the beginning of the corresponding session.
    • For each session, an invited speaker will introduce the topic in an overview talk, so you can focus your introduction on your research question.
    • We will be in a big auditorium, so make sure your slides are enjoyable also for those sitting in the back.

Thank you very much!
